I’m Amanda. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, lived in London for most of my 20s, and now I live in Oakland with my husband, daughter, and dog/demon.

I believe hiring a photographer isn’t about getting someone to make everything look “perfect”, because life just isn’t like that. It’s about hiring a new friend who’s there to witness and document your connections in a beautiful way. To be present for your everyday, ordinary, meaningful moments and frame them so that you can cherish them forever. I see my job as a collaborator - with you, with the light, with the film, the wind, the setting, the mood, with every little detail - it all goes into your final images.
